Pursuant to the parties’ marital dissolution proceedings, Nicole Kidman has been designated the primary residential parent of the minor children, Sunday Rose (age 17) and Faith Margaret (age 14). According to court filings, Ms. Kidman and Mr. Urban have entered into a parenting plan providing Ms. Kidman with 306 custodial days per year, while Mr. Urban is allocated 59 days.
Under the terms of the parenting schedule, Mr. Urban shall exercise custodial time with the minor children from 10:00 a.m. on Saturdays until 6:00 p.m. on Sundays, on alternating weekends. Ms. Kidman shall retain custodial responsibility at all other times.
The parties have further allocated certain holidays and special occasions: Ms. Kidman shall have custodial time on Mother’s Day and Easter, while Mr. Urban shall have custodial time on Father’s Day and Thanksgiving.
Pursuant to the agreement, both parties shall share joint decision-making authority with respect to major issues concerning the children, including but not limited to educational matters and extracurricular activities.
No monthly child support shall be exchanged between the parties, as Mr. Urban has satisfied his financial obligations in advance by prepayment of all child support amounts owed.#newsafro_
