Kylie Jenner, aged twenty-eight (28), has publicly announced the passing of her longtime canine companion, Norman, an Italian Greyhound she has frequently referred to as her “first baby.”
In a heartfelt statement released via her verified Instagram account on Tuesday, the entrepreneur and media personality expressed deep sorrow over the loss, accompanying her message with a nostalgic photograph depicting her daughter, Stormi, affectionately petting the aging dog.
Jenner began her tribute with the words, “In loving memory of my sweet Norman,” recalling the day she first brought the dog home at age seventeen. She described Norman as “the best gift [she] could have ever received,” emphasizing the profound emotional connection they shared.
Over nearly thirteen (13) years, Norman became an enduring presence in Jenner’s household and an early symbol of her personal brand’s growth. Reflecting on their time together, she wrote, “Normy, you filled my life and so many others with pure joy. Almost 13 years old, and yet I know I’ll remember you far longer than the time we got to share. It makes me happy knowing my kids got to meet you and love you.”
