Actress Denise Richards, 54, channelled her past Playboy persona this Halloween, posing as a Playboy Bunny two decades after her iconic nude magazine shoot for Hugh Hefner’s publication.
The Wild Things and former Bond star shared a series of sultry images taken by a staircase on Friday, wearing a black leotard with a plunging sweetheart neckline, high-cut hips, and the signature accessories — black bunny ears, a white collar with a black bow tie, and matching cuffs. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum and current OnlyFans creator appeared confident and glamorous, displaying her toned physique in a look that paid homage to her 2004 Playboy cover, photographed on a Caribbean beach.
However, Richards’ Halloween celebration comes amid renewed legal and financial tension with her estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, from whom she is currently seeking divorce.
According to TMZ, Phypers recently petitioned the court for $150,000 to cover back rent and legal fees, claiming financial hardship following the closure of his wellness business, Quantum 360 Club. He asserted that without immediate financial relief, he and his family risk homelessness. In her response, Richards reportedly opposed the request and declined to provide financial assistance.
Phypers, who filed for divorce on July 7, 2025, citing “irreconcilable differences” and listing July 4, 2025, as the date of separation, has alleged that he retains ownership and copyright over content from Richards’ OnlyFans account, which he claims generates approximately $250,000 per month. In a statement to Daily Mail, a representative for Phypers alleged:
“Aaron, who owns and holds the copyrights to all content from Denise Richards’ OnlyFans account, has had zero funds for basic living expenses or the ability to retain legal representation for a fair trial. Richards is attempting to render Aaron homeless.”
The divorce proceedings have been marked by cross-allegations of abuse and harassment. In September, Phypers filed a formal response denying Richards’ claims of domestic violence, which she had raised in a restraining order filed in July. Court documents obtained by People magazine show Phypers asserting that he was never abusive and, conversely, accusing Richards of being “the aggressive one.”
Phypers alleged multiple incidents of harassment and property damage, including a reported confrontation on August 3, during which Richards allegedly “smashed” his cellphone and attempted to conceal it. He has further argued that she should bear financial responsibility during the proceedings, claiming she has impeded his ability to earn an income.
Richards and Phypers married in 2018 in a beachfront ceremony televised on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Their relationship has since deteriorated amid public accusations and ongoing court disputes.#newsafro_
