Media personality Blac Chyna, legally known as Angela White, 37, has made statements publicly interpreted as an indication of renewed closeness with her former fiancé, Rob Kardashian, 38. The comments were made during her appearance as a keynote speaker at the Los Angeles Women’s Expo on Saturday, and were captured in footage obtained by TMZ.
When asked directly whether she and Mr. Kardashian were reconciling, Ms. White responded that they were “healing” and “going with the flow,” further stating, “If God be, then it will be something.” She also referred to Mr. Kardashian as “my person” and added, “We’re on the path, we’re on the journey… we’re just taking our time.”
Ms. White described Mr. Kardashian as “funny” and “hilarious,” noting their improved communication and shared efforts toward emotional healing. She also expressed a desire to expand her family, stating that if she were to have another child, she would prefer to do so with Mr. Kardashian rather than her former partner, rapper Tyga, with whom she shares a 13-year-old son, King Cairo.
The remarks follow days of public speculation about a potential reconciliation between Ms. White and Mr. Kardashian, prompted by a recent Instagram post in which Ms. White shared photos of herself dressed in white beside a white Ferrari, captioned, “This love is forever ♾️ @robkardashianofficial.” Mr. Kardashian subsequently “liked” the post, fueling rumors of a rekindled relationship. However, sources cited by The Daily Mail indicated that the pair have not officially resumed their romantic relationship.
Ms. White and Mr. Kardashian’s prior relationship, which began in 2016 and produced their daughter Dream Kardashian, was marked by significant public and legal conflict. The couple separated in 2017 following allegations of physical altercations and the posting of intimate images of Ms. White by Mr. Kardashian on social media. Although criminal charges were not filed, Ms. White obtained a temporary restraining order and subsequently filed a civil action for the unlawful distribution of private images. That lawsuit was settled in 2022, shortly before trial.
Ms. White later filed a separate defamation and interference claim against members of the Kardashian–Jenner family, seeking $100 million in damages on grounds that they allegedly caused the cancellation of her joint reality series with Mr. Kardashian. A jury ultimately ruled in favor of the defendants.
Despite the contentious history, Ms. White has stated that she and Mr. Kardashian have reestablished amicable communication. In a February interview on Piers Morgan Uncensored, she affirmed, “Me and Rob, we are like this now,” while crossing her fingers. She further confirmed that she maintains civil contact with Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian, and Kris Jenner, though she has had limited recent interaction with Kourtney Kardashian and Kylie Jenner.#newsafro_
